The exhibition 12/15 Cometh the Hour… at GASK is accompanied by a Czech-English catalogue focusing on the 12/15 Better Late Than Never group, which was a major focal point of Czech art in the late 1980s and first half of the 1990s. As well as featuring texts by curators Richard Drury, Petr Mach and Josef Vomáčka, the catalogue includes extensive visual documentation of the exhibited works dating from the ‘golden era’ of 12/15. As in the exhibition itself, the artworks are complemented by documentary photographs by Magdalena Bláhová portraying the joint activities of 12/15 members and the poignant context of reality before and after the Velvet Revolution of 1989.
